Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MaskWallet stores about you, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we store

• Account details: your username, your wallet addresses, and salted-hash versions of your password and PIN. We do not store your password or PIN in readable form.
• Wallet records: your token balances and your activity list (deposits, sends, swaps and buy requests with amounts, networks and times).
• Support messages: anything you send through the Support form or the in-wallet Support tab, including the email or username you give us so we can reply.
• Vault files: if you use the pendrive vault tool, the vault's record in your account. The vault file itself stays on the drive you save it to.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or analytics trackers, and no sale of your data.
• No government ID, card or bank details.
• We never ask for your PIN or secret key by email, chat or support ticket.

How we use it

Only to run your wallet: show balances, process swaps and sends, keep your activity history, and answer support requests. We do not use it for marketing.

Where it lives

Records are held in a hosted database (Supabase). Pages are served by Netlify. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you open a page. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers above, or when the law requires it. Staff with admin access can see account records and support messages in order to help you.

Keeping it

We keep account and activity records while your account exists. Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your account data by writing through the Support form from the account concerned. Deleting an account also removes its balance, so withdraw first.

Cookies and storage

The wallet may keep a small amount of data in your browser (for example to remember a session on that device). We set no advertising cookies.

Children

MaskWallet is not meant for people under 18.
