Support
For anything about your wallet (deposits, swaps, withdrawals, PIN, vault), use the Support form. If you already have an account, the Support tab inside the wallet keeps replies next to your request.
Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete your data, send a request through the Support form and choose "Something else". See the Privacy Policy.
Security reports
If you found a security problem, tell us through the Support form and say it is a security report. Please do not post details publicly first.
Good to know
- Never include your PIN, password or secret key in a message.
- Include your username, the token, network and amount.
